Future of Commerce Media
Client: Fluent
Role: Videographer, Editor, Motion Graphic Designer
I served as the videographer for this project, transforming the room into two distinct setups, both sitting and standing, to suit the needs of the shoot. I lit the environment to create a clean, professional look and used a shotgun microphone placed above the talent, monitoring audio live throughout the recording. With assistance from a member of the marketing team to help maintain eyeline during the interviews, I captured conversations with key company leaders and upper management, gathering their insights on the rapidly growing field of commerce media and post-purchase advertising.
In the edit, I worked through a large volume of raw footage, transcribing everything to help streamline the process. I collaborated closely with the marketing team to identify the strongest soundbites and visual moments for the final cut. After narrowing down the content, I color graded the footage, balanced the audio, and delivered a polished video that was published on the Fluent LinkedIn page.

Mobile Gaming Case Study
Client: Fluent
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor, Narrator
This project was part of an effort to transform our written case studies from the website into short, motion graphic videos that deliver the same information in a faster, more engaging format. As a cost-saving measure, we used an AI voice model from ElevenLabs. The narrator you hear is actually my voice, processed through an AI modulator to achieve a more polished, professional tone.
This approach gave me finer control over the pacing, inflection, and delivery compared to standard text-to-speech tools. I handled the project from start to finish, managing everything from voiceover and motion graphics to final delivery; aside from some revision feedback and initial script input. The script was originally drafted by the marketing team and then revised and refined by me.
This video format became a staple for us, and I went on to produce many more, which can be found on the Fluent YouTube Channel.

3D Prints vs. Big Companies
Client: 3D Printed Tabletop
Role: Videographer, Editor
This video compares miniatures printed at home on a personal 3D printer with store-bought models from companies like Reaper, WizKids, and Games Workshop. It was created as part of our effort to promote the 3D models sold in our online store, while also providing a fair, informative comparison for viewers. To enhance visual appeal, we used colored lighting to give both the presenter, Danny, and the miniatures strong separation from the background.
I also incorporated graphic overlays throughout the video to clearly display pricing, model names, and manufacturers. The pacing was kept tight, with a high-energy, high-production-value opening to boost viewer retention. This strategy paid off; the video has garnered over 112,000 views on YouTube.

Uncharted Lands Kickstarter Promo
Client: 3D Printed Tabletop
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor, Creative Lead
This is the featured promotional video for the Uncharted Lands Kickstarter, which showcases a richly illustrated Dungeons & Dragons supplement alongside eight themed collections of 3D-printable models. For this project, I separated the static graphics created for the book into layered elements. Using After Effects, I arranged these layers in 3D space with a virtual camera to create depth and enable dynamic movement through each scene. I also incorporated particle systems and the puppet tool to bring the visuals to life. To help the narrator match pacing, I recorded a temporary voiceover track and customized several music tracks to fit the timing and tone of the narration. Some scenes, like the Blasted Isle, were built entirely from repurposed assets that I assembled into fully realized environments. In addition to the video, I led creative direction for all the graphics featured on the Kickstarter page. The campaign was a major success, raising over $300,000 from nearly 3,800 backers, far surpassing its original $35,000 goal.

Fluent's Charity Golf Event 2022
Client: Fluent
Role: Videographer, Editor
I traveled to New York to film this charity golf event in support of Ukraine, capturing the day from start to finish. This project marked my first time flying a drone as a licensed commercial drone pilot. I had been flying drones recreationally for several years before finally getting my Part 107 License. Over the course of the six-hour event, I navigated the course by golf cart to film golfers, event staff, and key moments throughout the day. I also filmed an interview with Founder Matt Conlin, using his audio to help shape the narrative of the video.
This piece was a success, both in promoting the event and in showcasing my skills as a videographer at Fluent, ultimately leading to more work across the company.

Holiday Prediction's Campaign
Client: Fluent
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This video was part of a December marketing campaign designed to spotlight our team through a series of organic social media posts on LinkedIn. The concept centered around the “Twelve Days of Christmas,” featuring twelve employees in twelve individual posts. I created a custom animated building with twelve windows, and each day, we revealed a new window with a tailored animation that introduced the day’s prompt before showcasing live-action footage of the featured team member.
It was a creatively ambitious project that required intricate animation work—especially to get the snowfall and window movements looking just right.

Beginner's Guide to 3D Printing
Client: 3D Printed Tabletop
Role: Videographer, Editor
This was one of the first videos I created with Danny for the 3D Printed Tabletop YouTube channel, and it turned into a major success. At 17 minutes long, it required a significant amount of post-production work, including extensive B-roll and motion graphics to clearly explain the differences between resin and FDM 3D printing. While the video performed modestly at first, it later surged in popularity after being picked up by the YouTube algorithm; ultimately surpassing 750,000 views. This was a huge milestone for the channel and played a key role in helping us attract sponsorships for future content.

A Fun New Way To Earn
Client: Fluent
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This animation was originally drafted by Matt Maggio and later refined and reformatted by me to enhance the overall motion and visual impact. It was initially created for a Times Square billboard, but ultimately wasn’t selected for use; a missed opportunity, in my opinion, as the chosen alternative was far more static. Rather than letting the piece go to waste, we repurposed the animation for social media, and I adapted it for both 16:9 and 9:16 formats.

Purchase Ads Webinar Teaser
Client: Fluent
Role: Videographer, Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This video is a teaser for a longer webinar we produced to address common misconceptions and myths surrounding post-purchase advertising. I filmed it using equipment repurposed from a previous Fluent business unit that had used the space for podcasting. I spent considerable time refining the setup, carefully framing the shot to be symmetrical and visually appealing. This shoot yielded a wealth of content, including the full-length webinar, which premiered on LinkedIn Live, as well as multiple social clips for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.

Fish Center - Egypt Series Winner
Client: Adult Swim
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This animation was created for FishCenter, an Adult Swim daily web series that played like SportsCenter—but for fish. Each host had their own team of fish, and the competitions took place using graphic overlays on a live fish tank feed, with fish earning points based on where they swam. This particular animation was part of the “Egypt” series of challenges, and it played on-air when Hamburger was declared the winner. Since we didn’t know in advance which fish would win, I created ten alternate versions of the animation with different winners. I built the piece in After Effects using the 3D Camera tool, weaving in memes and inside jokes that were part of the show’s unique humor and culture.

Lean Like Luigi
Client: Myself!
Role: Videographer, Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This video was the pilot for a short-form series I was developing, starring myself as the lead. The concept followed my weight loss journey with a playful twist—starting as Mario and gradually transforming into a leaner, Luigi-like version of myself. I wanted the first episode to be immediately eye-catching, so I filmed a dramatic entrance running from a bike trail into the Charles River Esplanade, an iconic stretch along the Boston waterfront. Shot with an iPhone and a 360 camera, the video leans into the goofy nature of the concept while also allowing for flexible framing in post-production. For context—it was 93 degrees that day, which made filming a questionable decision, but I had a blast creating it. I still believe it could’ve become a fun and relatable series if I had continued.

Boost Revenue with Post-Purchase Ads
Client: Fluent
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This video was created for both organic and paid distribution on YouTube Shorts, a platform where we had been seeing strong performance. The goal was to quickly educate viewers on what post-transaction advertising is and highlight how effective it can be at generating revenue for companies. To keep production costs down, we used an AI voice model from ElevenLabs. The narration you hear is actually my voice, processed through an AI modulator to sound more polished and professional—in this case, modulated to sound like a woman. We chose this method over standard text-to-speech tools to maintain full control over the tone and inflection of each line.

Introducing Tabitha Pillows
Client: Adult Swim
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor
This animation was created for FishCenter, Adult Swim’s daily web series that played like SportsCenter—but for fish. In the show, each host had a team of fish that competed in quirky challenges using graphic overlays on a live fish tank feed, scoring points based on where they swam. This particular animation was made to introduce a new fish to the tank—Tabitha Pillows—presented as a wealthy, high-society business fish complete with her own mansion and manservant. I created the animation in a single day, using a lower frame rate and layered overlays to give it a charming, old-timey aesthetic fitting for Tabitha’s dramatic entrance.

As he works through the night, he begins to hallucinate a noir narrative in which he himself is the main character. With time running out and his sanity unraveling, Paul must decide whether finishing the story is worth losing himself completely.

Gemusetto Machu Picchu
Client: Adult Swim
Role: Assistant Editor, Voice Over Actor
Gemusetto Machu Picchu is an Adult Swim animated series that follows sportsman and relic-thief Makasu as he travels the world, defeating ancient pantheons in bizarre sports competitions and stealing their mystical artifacts. In its second season, Makasu must save the collapsing universe—despite being dead.
It was a tremendous honor to be part of a project that aired on the Adult Swim network. I contributed as both an assistant editor and a voice actor, voicing various background characters Makasu encounters, as well as a doctor in a flashback scene with Josie. As an editor, I sifted through raw voiceover takes, selected the strongest performances, and condensed the audio to hand off to showrunner Maxime Simonet. I also did early editing passes on several scenes to help streamline Max’s workflow. It was an incredibly fun and rewarding experience, and I’m proud of the work I contributed to the show.

The Visceral Action of Atomic Blonde
Client: SCAD
Role: Editor
For this featurette, I was given full access to the behind-the-scenes material from Atomic Blonde and had creative freedom to shape the edit however I saw fit. I chose to focus on Charlize Theron’s intense physical training for the role, highlighting her dedication to performing many of her own stunts, as well as director David Leitch’s talent for crafting dynamic and grounded action scenes. To create an effective and immersive opening, I set the tone with the German version of “99 Red Balloons,” anchoring the viewer in the film’s Cold War-era Berlin setting.

Endemic vs Non-Endemic Ads
Client: Fluent
Role: Videographer
This educational video breaks down the difference between endemic and non-endemic ads within the context of commerce media and the post-purchase advertising space. It was created to help inform the public and attract potential clients or business professionals who may have heard the term but are looking to better understand it.
I handled the entire production in under an hour: framing the shot, adjusting the lighting, setting up a boom mic just out of frame, and monitoring audio to ensure we captured the best quality sound possible.

Marketing to Moms: Uncover Key Media Habits
Client: Fluent
Role: Motion Graphic Designer, Editor

The video explores how modern moms engage with media and make shopping decisions, offering insights into their behaviors and preferences. I built the visuals in After Effects, and we released the final piece on LinkedIn during the week of Mother’s Day to align with the theme and maximize engagement.

Flash Rewards - Earn $250 Ad
Client: Fluent
Role: Videographer, Editor
This video was created for Flash Rewards, a platform that incentivizes users with cash for completing free trials and trying out various products and services. I filmed real currency as a live-action element, using a motorized photography turntable for smooth rotation and carefully lit the setup to achieve a clean, professional look.
The footage was shot against a blue screen, allowing me to key out the background and mask out the turntable. In post-production, I added shadows and refined the rotation to create a seamless, eye-catching visual centerpiece for the ad.
